EDUCATION DAYS
During The Education Days, we offer you, as an education professional, the space to think about the opportunities of education today and tomorrow.
The Education Days take place at the Radboudumc Experience Center on 24 and 25 March. More than 25 workshops and lectures are given by and for teachers from Radboud University, Radboudumc,HAN University of Applied Sciences, ROC Nijmegen and Yuverta. The perfect opportunity to take a peek at each others education and reflect together on howyoung people are educated.

Many professions face challenges such as increasing complexity due to an ageing population, technological developments and climate change. This requires a different approach to working and educating.
In her keynote speech, Wietske Kuijer-Siebelink (HAN University of Applied Sciences, Radboudumc) explains how education and work can be better connected. This enables us to train adaptive and collaborative professionals who can develop new working methods together and contribute to tackling complex challenges.

Frank Cornelissen (University of Amsterdam) explains how we can let go of the existing education system and work together to build a new way of educating. What would this education system look like? And what kind of change approach would be required to achieve it?
To truly break through the current system, action is needed from the education teams themselves. Using examples from research and practice, Frank shows how teams can (once again) take ownership of their education and how they can take new steps together through smart collaboration.
We are organising two days of various activities linked to a range of themes related to working together to build good education. Filter by the most discussed themes and put together your own personal programme.
Radboudumc Experience Center is easily accessible from Nijmegen Central Station and Nijmegen Heyendaal Station.

Are you coming by car? Then it is best to park at the Radboudumc Parking garage Main entrance (Geert Grooteplein Zuid 10).
On the campus, paid parking applies on working days between 7.00-18.00. Before you leave, pay the parking fee by debit or credit card at the pay machine in the car park. It is not possible to pay at the barrier.
We encourage you to cycle to the Experience Center. Participants of The Education Days can use the covered bicycle parking facility between the Radboudumc Health Academy and the Experience Centre, on Gerard van Swietenlaan.
